Due to the unprecedented exceptional situation that we are experiencing as a result of COVID-19, there has been a stop of business and labor activity, especially in hotels and restaurants, and in general in the entire sector related to tourism.

This directly affects many companies in the sector, and especially their employees with whom we usually have direct contact, and in many cases excellent friendly relationships.

From Cibersuite we want to communicate the following:

1. The service is maintained 24 hours a day, as is the support service, in order to maintain all systems. In some cases, we may perform maintenance tasks and remote software updates, as part of our daily support routine. Our entire team is at work in the form of teleworking, at home, with their families.
2. We freeze our billing for service and support, so we will not issue invoices or bank charges to our clients for these concepts for the next few weeks and even months, at least while the Alarm Status lasts.
3. We will keep all services operational mainly for two reasons:

a. Many hotels have made themselves available to the health authorities for sick patients, relatives, personal doctors, etc. We will especially give them all our support so that they can be connected and carry out their stay as well as possible.

b. Although the hotels are closed, in many of them technical, maintenance, security, administrative, etc. personnel remain. The WiFiles service stays connected at all levels, both professional and personal.

Now more than ever we must collaborate and help our clients, so that as soon as this situation is normalized, we can be operational again and specify the excellent service that characterizes them, and of which we are very proud.
