The solution has already been successfully tested in four of the pilot municipality’s critical points, and after the good results obtained, its extension to the other 22 relief points of the network has been approved, which will allow complete coverage with a smart network of continuous monitoring in urban sanitation.

Promoted by GEN, Itelligent, ANUKYS, Catalan Water Partnership and Smart City Cluster, the project has been developed within the framework of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism grants for Innovative Business Groups (AEI), and was presented during the final webinar of the AEI 2024 projects.

Transferable technology and new business models

One of the great achievements of iPredice III has been the creation of scalable and transferable solutions to other municipalities and urban contexts, which opens up new commercialisation and collaboration opportunities for the participating companies. This open innovation approach strengthens the competitiveness of the business fabric and public-private cooperation.
