Positioning the citizen at the heart of its mission, the project seeks to bridge the digital divide and foster digital inclusion, usability, and accessibility. It particularly considers the needs of individuals with physical, visual, auditory, or cognitive disabilities, ensuring that the benefits of digital transformation are accessible to all.

By leveraging artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, the project promises to fully digitize public services, simplifying interactions between citizens and their government administrations. This initiative is a collaborative effort involving SEPALO Software, United ITS, Top Digital, Al Traffic, and the Smart City Cluster. It is funded by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism as part of the support program for AEI, with additional support from the European Union through Next Generation EU funds, under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
