On June 28, Malaga will host the first edition of the City Intelligence Forum, which will bring together the Spanish smart city industry in the capital of the Costa del Sol under the motto: “The attraction of talent.”

The different tables that will be held during the event will revolve around five major themes: the role of big data in the era of artificial intelligence, regulations and standards in new virtual scenarios, the evolution of the city brand and the plans strategic, tourism as a talent acquisition strategy and a last talk to answer the question: if the city is a living organism, where is its brain?

The president of the Smart City Cluster, Miguel Ángel Romero, who will participate in the opening table of the forum with representatives of the invited public institutions, has indicated that the true differentiation that the smart territories are putting on the table is based on the generation, attraction and talent retention. “In the development of cities we have gone from the fight to provide metrics and data to the territory through digitalization to the fight for the acquisition of skills, to the fight for talent.”

In this sense, the event on June 28 will be preceded the day before by the celebration of the General Assembly of the 10th anniversary and other initiatives aimed at the more than 200 associates at the national level that are part of the cluster.
