Energy analysis in fashion stores. Mayoral multipoint project

The starting point of this project was the analysis of the set of stores with a significant geographical dispersion, with the consequent difficulty, this problem was solved with an analytical approach based on segmentation and selection of type profiles.

Those stores with the greatest savings potential were selected, and more work was done in those stores. It also ended with the selection of indicators and a comparative analysis or benchmarking, which allowed the client to know the best standards of behavior in their portfolio. This initial analysis resulted in the implementation of improvement measures and specialized monitoring using the bettergy energy analysis platform “energysequence”.

The store’s energy model was identified based on the analysis of energy consumption data and simulations, and savings, operational and investment measures have been detected, replicable to the rest of the group’s stores. Bettergy, based on the energy analysis of the set of almost 150 mayoral stores throughout spain, managed to reduce not only its energy expenditure but also the emission of co2 into the environment.
