The collaboration between the municipality of Elche, Pimesa parking operator of Elche and EasyPark has allowed to create a platform / digital ecosystem / Hub of intelligent parking, sustainable over time.

The development of intelligent parking systems is one of the initiatives that allow the development of cities to be promoted and for which the public officials of the municipalities must bet. The evolution of smart parking consists of a smartcity system to which the city’s on-street and off-street parking services are connected, to offer all services in a comprehensive manner.

All city parking systems and other related services are integrated into a single point of Big data, providing and obtaining information. They benefit each other and facilitate the intelligent mobility of citizens. Elche is a municipality with a population of 200,000 inhabitants, in the province of Alicante, Valencia, Spain.
