The City Council of Seville faces each year the management of its main cultural event: Holy Week, which hosts more than 1,000,000 people each year. The Seville City Council digitalized all the information of the urban area where Holy Week takes place and established real-time geolocation devices in the brotherhoods in order to know at all times the real state of the processions. The event was monitored from a collaborative platform based on Esri technology that allowed all members of the emergency teams to update the event information from anywhere, at any time and through any device, ensuring that information on the That was worked was truthful and absolutely up to date.
