The main function of CLOSER is to contribute to the social well-being of citizens with more needs and more vulnerable in the city of Malaga, through a team of people committed to providing quality services, well trained, with a permanent attitude of orientation towards the users, offering a treatment of warmth in the care that is carried out.

In 2005, GECOR was awarded a public tender to provide mobile technology to the workers of said company to improve the management of the planning of the services they provide to dependents. Through this system, quadrants, incidents, pending tasks, etc. are managed. After the success of its operation, this contracting has been renewed and it is almost 15 years of relationship that unites GECOR and NEARER.
