The Torre del Puerto hotel is located on the platform of the Dock of the Levant of the Port of Malaga, it is a 35-storey building with a height of 123 meters. It will have 352 luxury five-star suites, all with direct views of the sea both from their bedrooms and living rooms and from the bathrooms themselves, which acquire a unique attraction. The building will have a large number of services such as wellness spa, gardens, lounges, shops, … in addition to a congress hall for 550 seats. This project currently under execution aims to be an architectural and engineering reference for Malaga, in which engineering solutions in energy efficiency, renewable energy integration and sustainability can be shown. The design of the project has been carried out in order to achieve the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), sustainability and energy saving. Ingho is responsible for the project of all building facilities: air conditioning, electricity, photovoltaic, plumbing, control and fire.
