It is a smart phone call management application that SETESUR provides in service mode over the internet. Except for very specific sectors that require it, nobody expects to be attended at any time of day and night, but we do require that they tell us when they can do it. It is not a contradiction to affirm that, in order to satisfy increasingly demanding clients, it seems “mandatory” to adopt a series of practices on the telephone. All these problems are solved with a switchboard in the cloud, since an internet connection is simply enough, as the phones connect to the virtual switchboard through it.
