The Official Association of Telecommunications Engineers (COIT) is organizing a conference in Seville dedicated to analyzing the evolution of satellite communications and the main technological challenges associated with LEO constellations, satellite connectivity, and the 5G NTN standard.
The event will bring together representatives from leading institutions, organizations, and companies in the sector, including the Spanish Space Agency (AEE), the European Space Agency (ESA), HISDESAT, Orange, and FOSSA Systems, along with representatives from Sevilla TechPark, the Seville City Council, and the Regional Government of Andalusia.
The program will address the future of satellite communications and the technological challenges posed by the integration of new constellations and non-terrestrial networks with 5G and 6G standards. The event will combine an opening keynote, a panel discussion, and a networking session to share projects, experiences, and opportunities for collaboration among government agencies, industry, and the technology ecosystem.
