In-person module of the course organized within the framework of the SMC Net Zero project, aimed at providing tools to small and medium-sized European cities on their path to decarbonization. The module will focus on identifying the elements that most contribute to reducing emissions in each participating city and establishing the first steps in defining a plan to counteract them.
