SIAPEMAD Develops an Intelligent System for the Care of the Elderly and Dependents Using Digital Tools
The SIAPEMAD project is dedicated to exploring the digital transformation of homes for the elderly or dependent individuals, employing systems based on Home Automation, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

This remote care platform aims to ensure safe energy management while monitoring the health and well-being of dependent individuals living alone. It places a strong emphasis on enabling individuals to remain within their homes and familiar environments.
The development will utilize cutting-edge disruptive technologies to provide integrated care tailored to individuals’ needs in terms of security, comfort, mobility, behavior, health, and energy efficiency.
The project is a collaborative effort involving AMBIT, Smart Fenix, CETEMET, CIAC Formación PYME, Parque Tecnológico Rabanales, and the Smart City Cluster. It is funded by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism as part of the AEI support program, with collaboration from the European Union through Next Generation EU funds, under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
