In its first phase, the project will undertake the development of simulation software for energy communities, prototype local monitoring and control systems, and create a cloud computing center for the intelligent management of energy communities, among other activities.

Leading aims to equip energy communities with agile, accessible, and reliable tools that can be tailored to meet their specific needs, positioning them as significant players in the energy market.

The project consortium includes EndeF Engineering, ISFOC – Instituto de Sistemas Fotovoltaicos de Concentración, CooperaSE, Registros en La Red, SOLARTYS, and the Smart City Cluster. It is supported by funding from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism as part of the AEI support program, with collaboration from the European Union through Next Generation EU funds, under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
